Dr. Brittany Falcone
Dr. Brittany Falcone is often asked why she decided to become a chiropractor. The answer lies in a personal experience with one when she was just 10 years old. She was the first person in her family to see a chiropractor at this young age for the problem of bedwetting (enuresis). Something she suffered with, embarrassingly, for over a year. A family friend suggested she visit a chiropractor for this problem. After one treatment, the problem stopped! She never complained of back pain, yet after a gentle treatment to her lower back she no longer had this issue. Her family was astounded by the success, and soon everyone in her family began visiting the chiropractor regularly. After this experience, Dr. Brittany knew relatively early in her life that she wanted to pursue chiropractic as a profession.
Dr. Brittany grew up in New Hampshire, but has spent her adult life pursuing personal and professional goals that have taken her all across the country. She attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN for her undergraduate studies. There, she was a member of the nationally ranked women's bowling team, an active member of Habitat for Humanity, and volunteered at local school teaching science to inner city youth. She graduated from this university with honors in 2010. She pursued her graduated studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. She was active in several organizations on campus and graduated in the top of her class in 2013.
Dr. Brittany worked in several different types offices throughout her career before she found her true calling in working with families, expectant mothers, and children of all ages. She is thrilled to have joined the amazing doctors at Back To Health Chiropractic and to be able to continue to help this demographic here in Worcester, Massachusetts. Dr. Brittany is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA), is completing certification from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP), and is Webster Technique certified. The Webster certification is only held by a small percentage of chiropractors and has been clinically proven to speed up labor time, reduce the need for analgesics at delivery, and decrease severity of low back pain during pregnancy. With this extra training in the diagnosis and care of pregnant women, new mothers, and children Dr. Brittany adds a new layer to our practice and is a great addition to our team.
Dr. Brittany and her husband, David welcomed a new addition to their family: a daughter named Willa in 2016. Together, their family enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking healthy meals, exercising, and travelling. They have two cats: Ellie and T-Rex. In her free time, Dr. Brittany coaches youth bowling and volunteers her time regularly at events all across central Massachusetts.
